Copilot for Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Hello All

I can't display the Copilot pane (on the right) even though I've followed the configuration and activation procedure on Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

I did this action since 3 days.

Any solutions please

Hi,

It doesn't show up on either app?

Have you checked all of the following settings?

--Is your license and region supported?

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/administer/copilot-enable-help-pane

If all conditions are met but still not present, I suggest you follow the steps below to create a ticket for the Microsoft Support team for further assistance.

We have the same issue.

The pane is visible in Customer Service Workspace, but in custom app we see pane from sales coopilot probably:

I dont have any idea how to fix this one. When I disable the coopilot for sales, then we cannot show any coopilot pane.
