Enable Copilot on custom apps

Hi
I want to enable copilot on one of my custom apps and i am following the steps given in Microsoft docs Configure copilot features for custom case forms and custom apps | Microsoft Learn but in my customer service copilot enabled setting I am not getting an option to add the app values. Does anybody know how can I enable copilot for my custom model driven apps? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

1. Ensure Copilot is enabled at the environment level.
2. Opt-in for Copilot help panel via the admin app.
3. If you wish to disable it for a specific model driven app app, check this feature in the model-driven app settings. Add copilot for app users in model-driven apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

What user license is your custom app configured for? If you are looking at adding the Customer Service sidebar you can follow these steps.

In your solution open the configuration tool.

Go to Add Existing -> More -> Settings

YOu will find the option to add existing Setting Definitions -> Customer Service Copilot Enabled
