It depends on your interest. You can go for any products of Dynamics family. Dynamics Ax and Crm have high demand and you can become technical consultant where you can use your .Net expertise for customizing applications. Many training institutes are now available in India for Dynamics products. You can dig internet for more details.Microsoft also provides training by e-learning or by instructor through partners.

I good new Microsoft Dynamics CRM resource is an independent community portal by Microsoft Dynamics partners for users, partners, and prospects and contains mountains of info and some unique resources - www.DynamicsExchange.com - hundreds of organized videos, large "How to" section, a BlogCenter, hundreds of products, a Wiki, A Technical resource section, and even a Ask a question. It allows you to connect to other interested parties.

I am new to Dynamics too and what is working for me, is to install it in a virtual computer (I am using Microsoft Virtual PC 2007) and and then follow the "System and Setup" help (within the "Help" menu).  There is also a Business and Processes help.
