Calendar page not visible in the app though it is available in the sitemap

In the attached picture, there is a calendar sitemap component added in the app, however user is not able to see this in their respective login. This doesn't happen in the legacy UI for the same user role. Please let me know what is missing here. Thank you.

The legacy calendar is part of the Service Scheduling features that have been deprecated:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/get-started/whats-new/customer-engagement/important-changes-coming#service-scheduling-in-dynamics-365-for-customer-service-is-deprecated
So the behavior you are seeing is expected.

Now, in order to access similar features as the legacy calendar, here are some useful resources:

For resource scheduling, use Universal Resource Scheduling:

For a calendar view of activities, configure a view with the Calendar Control.
