Financial report: Crosstab report

ReportReport

Hello,

I am trying to build a cross tab report where I have business units in a financial dimension (called "customer operations") in rows and P&L KPIs in columns (revenue, gross profit and EBITDA).

The problem is that I am not getting any data. The data exists and other reports are working, just not this one.

Screenshot 1 is the report definition.

Screenshot 2 is the row definition. As I was not getting data, I modified a frew lines to specify the main accounts whch does not work.

Screenshot 3 is the column definition. Initially, I selected all of the units in the financial dimension in rows and specified the account filter in the columns. That has not worked.

Screenshot 4 gives an example of the filter on the column.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

    Hi,

Brilliant. It works now. Thank you very much.

    My oversight. :-)

    I see.

In your report design I can see that you selected 'unposted budget...' in the provisional tab.

    Can you change this selection?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Thank you for trying to help.

Yes, I have removed them and still nothing.

However, The columns need a dimension filter as each column will show a different value (Revenue, GP or EBITDA). The rows do not have enough information for me to show the different values in each column.

    Regards,

    Hi,

I wonder if the dimension filters that you added to your columns are responsible for this outcome.

Have you tested what happens if you remove them?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
