conversationtranscripts - Safe to Delete?

Hi, I can't find many people talking about this anywhere online and it looks from my research that it's only been an issue for us since beginning May this year, but I got a warning about our capacity being nearly used up. When I checked there was a new item which had jumped to the top of the largest tables: conversationtranscriptBase

I've investigated them in PowerBI & by listing rows in Flow, and they are being created at an alarming rate, and they will use up all our remaining capacity within a week if it continues.

I found this and it says they are a record of communication: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/data-platform/webapi/reference/conversationtranscript?view=dataverse-latest

But my questions is whether anyone knows if they are safe to delete?
