We are evaluating property management solutions built on Dynamics 365 and wanted to understand how others are handling:
- Lease and contract management
- Tenant billing and recurring invoicing
- Maintenance requests/work orders
- Multi-property and multi-company management
- Vacancy tracking and reporting
- Integration with Finance or Business Central
We came across some solutions like dnetsoft and would love to hear real-world feedback from users or partners who have implemented similar systems.
What were the biggest challenges during implementation, and what features ended up being most valuable in day-to-day operations?
