Finance Dimension Value is missing in Ledger Journal Lines after the import from Excel Add-On

Hi!

I am importing the Ledger Journal Line in Invoice Journal.

In my import file(Excel Add On) I have all the data(Financial Dimensions) there.

After the import - the value of one financial dimension is missing in Invoice Journal.

In UAT works fine, in Live not. I checked the set up - it is the same.

Maybe somebody can help me.
Thank you in advance.
Regards
Admir

    Hi Community member,

In the link below there is an important step that states "Upload with same template name 'LedgerJournalLineEntryTemplate.xls' , allow override and then create a general ledger journal and open in Excel and create lines with financial dimensions and then publish". Have you tried this option?

Happy to answer questions, if any.

    Hi,
Please check the Financial Dimension Configuration (on the Integrating applications page.) and check if the old thread is useful.

    Hi Admir,

Have you also checked the settings on the form Financial dimension configuration for integrating applications (General Ledger > Chart of Accounts > Dimensions)? There might be a difference in the settings here.
