Trigger events when a message is received in Conversation(msdyn_ocliveworkitem)

Hello folks i need guidance here, we are using Omnichannel SDK and there is a method "sendMessage", so we use it to send a message within the conversation when an event happens...
 
SO is there something within Dataverse(event/trigger) to listen to received messages in the (transcript/conversation) so i can do some logic...
 
e.g. user in a live chat with an agent
please do not pay much attention to this image, data does not matter... it is just to showcase user and live agent interaction 
 
what am i trying to do?
user chats with a live agent
user leaves chat(conversation stills going on),  so a custom message by the sdk automatically is sent to the conversation "I'll be right back"
 
now i'd like to do some logic(powerautomate / Job) after we get that message
