Just to clarify, when you press Personalize to bring in a dynamic value, after pressing +New Dynamic Text and then -> Choose Attribute, here to the right of the Search field you will se an option to "Reset", which means it will reset the target group attributes and bring in the CustomerProfile dimension as well. Bear in mind you need to update all personalized fields in the template after this reset.
yes it is, it can be found in the msdynci customer profile table, if you dont see the option for Customer Profile under the target group when adding dynamic values, you need to select "Reset" for the template to bring in the tables properly. This seems to happen if for example email has been created prior to setting up the connection to Customer Insights - Data.
