Hi,
when my user creates a quick activity like phone call or sometimes tasks the activities are created with status= completed.
How do I create "quick" activities with "open" status?

Hi,
The phone call activity on the social pane is created or entered after the phone call is completed or cancelled.
If you want to you can create a Task or Appointment from the Social pane and the task / appointment can be saved so that it will remain open.
Or you can go to the associated entities of the Contact and create a phone call record and save it. This will allow you to create a phone call record and save it without closing it.
