I have a question asking everyone to help:

I got this error when resetting status of Production order "The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions".

But I check production order and all items in BOM line, no marking transaction and no output order reference with Production order. I checked unit conversion for all item have been setup.

Please help me reset status of Production order.

Hi QianQW,

I tried but not solved this case.

- I have checked the output order: No output order generate.

- I have checked the marking transaction: NO marking transaction with Production order (Item and all material in BOM production)

- I have check unit conversion all item in BOM. All items in BOM have been setup unit conversion

First of all, thank you for your feedback.

The current status of the production order is started. I check picking list and all line Item in BOM production not have any output order is generated.

Hi Phuong Pham,

Can you tell in which status currently your production order is? & can you see your picklist and check if any output order is generated on the picklist Journal than you need to close that one.
