Hello Everyone,

I have a quick question, can we build SSRS report to get audit history on a particular entity's record using fetch xml in d365 online?

If Yes, could some one please send me the steps on how to do it?

This is of a little urgency, could some one get back to me quickly please?

    Hi partner,

If you want to export audit records for a particular entity record, the easiest way is to use the Audit History Extractor of XrmToolBox.

This is the download site for XrmToolBox: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

This is the basic use of XrmToolBox: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/krmkyliesresearchmanagement/posts/getting-started-with-xrm-toolbox

This is the project web site of the Audit History Extractor and its tutorial:https://github.com/alduzzen1985/Audit-History-Extractor

After downloading and unzipping XrmToolBox, connect to your D365 organization and download the Audit History Extractor in the plugin store.

Open the Audit History Extractor, click Get Entities to select an entity.

    1. You could choose to filter out the entity records you want to query by view, so you need to create a new personal view in D365 first.

    2. Or you could filter the entity records through Fetchxml, so you need open the advanced find in D365 to set the filter condition, then export its Fetchxml, and then copy it into the Audit History Extractor.

Finally, export the audit of the query to Excel.
