Problems opening some kind of screens since update to 9.1.17.29

Posted on by 95

Hi.

This week I upgraded Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM On Premise to the latest version I found 9.1.17.29.
The previous one was 9.0.7.8.

Since then I have problems opening certain screens. Among the problems that I have encountered is when trying to create a Campaign from Marketing->Campaigns, I choose one and in the list of Campaign Activities, I click on +.

It redirects me to the main Panels screen.

If I look at the Event Viewer all I find is a warning with the message: The current organization id could not be determined.

Here I put the entire trace of the error in case it helps:

Custom event details:

-I don't think the problem is with the update, because I have another similar installation on a test server and it works fine there. I think the problem is in a permissions issue or when opening popup screens. This is an example of the screen that should open from my test server that works fine:

pastedimage1684699545475v4.png

It is when it opens screens apart from the main one.

I have also encountered this error while trying to create a mail configuration from Settings->Mail Settings->Email Server Profiles->New->Exchange Online (Hybrid).

pastedimage1684699750202v5.png

It also opens a separate screen and the message that comes out is this:

If I go to event viewer, I get the same error shown above:

-I would appreciate any help. I have already given administrator permissions on all sites and nothing. I'm starting to get a little desperate. Should I go back to a previous version?

Greetings and thanks.
