Ribbon Commands and display rule

Hello All Experts,

I am having trouble in understanding below thing.

Command:

Mscrm.HomepageGrid.contact.MergeRecords

Display Rule:

Mscrm.HomepageGrid.contact.MergeGroup

i have a small solution having only contact entity and open it in the ribbon workbench. after opening this solution in the ribbon workbench i come to get above mentioned two things.

Can anyone really help me in understanding this scenario.

Hi EmployeeOcta,

Although only the Entity is involved within the solution, the binding Display Rules or Commands will be listed within the Ribbon Workbench. As they are related to the Ribbon Buttons of the Entity. When the entity involved into solution, the Ribbons involved as well.

So it's the by designed behavior for Ribbon Workbench.
