Cannot Delete Workers Titles - Although deleted all workers that with assigned positions and titles

Hello Community!

I am facing the following issue. When trying to delete "Titles" I receive an error message which goes as " Titles cannot be deleted while dependant Worker titles exist. Delete dependant Worker titles and try again" I have deleted all dependant worker titles and the problem still exists. 

Any ideas?

    Hi Nicu,

    Thank you for your answer.

    We have tried everything, including CDS. Almost the whole platform was left empty (no jobs, no positions (active/inactive) or titles), checked CDS - nothing there. Initially, the problem was solved when we deleted - ALL - workers and users. Very unfortunate to happen cause we have to do all this work again, but at least it is sorted now.

    We tried this as well, but the problem was not solved.

    Yes we did, in fact we have deleted all types of titles from all three entities you mentioned bellow but still the error remained.

    Hi Maria,

    they are still some data in CDS... check there the existing relationships. Go in CDS and verify.

    Hi,

    Try the below,

    - Personnel management - > worker - > Check the worker assigned the Title

    - Click on Change timelines - > Click manage changes

    - Click Worker summary

    -       Delete the entries which contains the Titles or change the Title to new title (in case you have renamed any title)

    Hi Maria,

    Did you also deleted the titles on positions, workers and jobs?

    The titles are shared accross those 3 objects.
