Importing e-mails from Outbound Marketing: Conformity Profile error

Hi, we are trying to import mails from Outbound Marketing but when starting the import the system gives me :

error due to /Compliance Profile/ reasons

Has this happened to anyone? How did you solve it?

Importing e-mails from Outbound Marketing: Conformity Profile error

Hi,

Based on the information you have provided our team believes that this may be due to the different consent models for OBM and RTM.

According to the official documentation, in real-time marketing, consent is stored by destination and channel. This is different from the consent model of outbound marketing where consent is stored on the contact entity.

Please check your compliance configurations and make appropriate adjustments according to your business requirements, if the issue persists after the changes, we recommend you to seek Microsoft's help using the link below.
