Dynamics Outlook App Freezes during Authorization in Outlook Desktop Client

We are setting up an environment for a client. So far we have had the issues that three users cannot use the app in Outlook. It times out during Authorization. It works when using webmail. For two of the users it worked fine for a week but then stopped. For one users it start working after changing computer. 

I assume this is a local Outlook problem but what is the fix? We have tried with trusted sites, reset the ost file, remove and add the app. Nothing have worked

(It is frozen like this for 1 min and then gives error message Client Loader timed out)

    Case is closed. The issue was that this app cache data in IE. When we made changes to CRM (deployment) then there was a conflict between the cache and actual data. Sadly the app doesn't handle this so very well so it just freezes. So after a deployment each end user (might) need to refresh their IE cache.

    Was the CRM for outlook client installed at one time?   Both clients cannot run on the same machine.
