Hi all,

Bit of a generic question, a customer is getting a lot of duplicate prod orders generated, so re-planning ones that are already released etc...is there anything that is a quick answer rather than trying to look through all set up?

Are they using Planning Worksheet to generate the Production Orders?

NAV is very sensitive on the demand and supply dates depending on various factors like Leadtimes/BOM routings/Warehouse handling time etc.

If the suppy cannot meet the demand on time, it proposes cancellation/reschedule and new orders. If the user ignores the cancel/reschedule messages and just act on NEW, system will raise duplicate orders.

Could you try to run calculation plan one more time? what result do you have?
