Purchase order year-end process

I am currently performing the annual closing and need to transfer the confirmed purchase orders from the year 2023 to 2024. However, I encountered an issue when starting the 'purchase order year-end process,' as some purchase orders were not displayed in the generated list, even though the budget has been validated in the purchase order lines.

    For those missed purchase orders in the "purchase order year-end process". If you have already confirmed these POs, please continue to check whether the "Budget reservations for encumbrances" for your dimension values in these POs have been posted into the "Budget Control Statistics"/"Budget control statistics by period" form or not. If couldn’t any amount for encumbrances for your dimension combination here it means something is wrong with the PO confirmation.

    So you mean you have had encumbrances recording for your purchase orders right? Then you really need to run this process "purchase order year-end process"? And there are just some (not All) PO right?

    Yes i Did it BILL.
    But it didn't retrieve all the POs that i need.
     PS: I am using D365 F&O

    Hi IA,
     
    Why do you need to transfer the confirmed purchase orders from the year 2023 to 2024? You just do the purchase order year-end process at the end of fiscal year when you are recording encumbrances for purchase orders. Otherwise, you don't need to have to complete this process to transfer the confirmed purchase orders.
