Hello,

I tried to deploy a package to UAT environment which includes ISV License. The code form the package is already deployed to Prod, the new package includes only small modification. LCS throw an error: "The customer specified in the ISV license is unexpected."

When I compared Prod and UAT it seems that they are licensed to different primary domains, even though that serial numbers are the same:

Production:

It seems that in license file is specified the onmicrosoft.com domain which is on Prod. But how to update it to UAT? Is it possible to update domain on UAT to be the same as the Prod

    If this isn't your own product/solution. I think it would be best to contact the ISV to help you with this. They probably changed the license file or something and there seems to be an issue with this update on existing deployments.

    The license file is OK. After all it is created for Prod environment. I was wandering is it possible to update the domain of UAT to be the same as on Prod

    Hi Teodor,

    You can't change the main domain of the UAT. The only option would be deleting the UAT environment and deploy a new one with the other domain.
