Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service: WhatsApp Channel Pricing only

Hello Everyone,
 
I want to integrate only WhatsApp with Dynamics CRM, can anyone please guide me on which license need to subscribe?
 
As found on the below URL, Digital Messaging and Voice Add-in charged 90$ with the full package of Omni feature but I am looking only for the WhatsApp, please suggest.
