Business rule ''show/hide field if...'' not working in UI v9

Hello,

I have a really simple Show/hide business rule that says if field = X : show field, if not, hide it.

It works well in the regular interface (v9), but in the mobile UI, the field always appears and does not take into consideration my business rule. Does anyone else has this problem?

Thanks,

Thank you! That helped fix a show/hide problem I was having in UUI.

I found my issue. I referenced a field that was not present on the form from my business rule (Payment Terms vs. Terms of Payment). Doing that caused none of the actions to execute.

I republished everything individually and as a whole and it finally worked...

Were you able to find a solution to this problem or get verification of a bug? I'm seeing the same behavior trying to lock/unlock fields based on the value of another field.

    Hello,

    A few ideas:

Have you made sure that the form you are using is included in the scope of that specific business rule?
    (More here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/create-business-rules-recommendations-apply-logic-form)

Business rules do not run if the fields that are used in the conditions are not present in the form, can you check that it is the case?
If they are in the header or footer, maybe try adding them to the main form (even if they are set as "not visible").

If these don't work, consider opening a support request here: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support.

    Henry
