setting up a default batch disposition code by item

I know you can set the default batch disposition code in the item model group (inventory management > setup > inventory > item model groups) but is there a way to set the default batch disposition code for one particular item without setting up a new separate item model group? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Nelson,

Currently the functionality is limited to Item Model group only. When new batch is created for the item, it just defaults from model group. The only solution is create a new model group and use it default the disposition code.
