Help on pulling in owned twiiter feeds

HI, hoping someone can help. ive setup a search topic for my company in social engagement. in the keywords ive added the #companyname and @companyname (which is the twitterhandle). ive also added a twitter rule to track the company twitter feed. However no tweets that are posted by our company twittter feed are being displayed or included in the posts social engagement is pullnig in. i can see when others have retweeted it for example but id also like to see and include the posts we have made. Could someone point me in the right direction or is it not designed to do this. Thanks Andy

I suggest you set up two rules. One Keyword rule for [tag:companyname] and one Twitter rule for the handle.
