Customer Insights - Data - website shows error - can't create or switch environments

When opening https://home.ci.ai.dynamics.com, it shows the error message 'Oops! There was an error. Please try again later (error 500)'. I'm also unable to create a new environment or switch to the demo environment. I was able to access a trial environment and the demo environment a couple days ago. Anyone run into this?

    I have nearly the same problem, We want to create a new enviroment and point to our CE UAT Environment that is dataverse, byt I am missing access, my account is global Admin, but do I need some security role inside CE, I am system administrator in CE or a role that access the dataverse?
    Please have someone an answer?

    You've indicated that you're working with demos/trials.  Can you confirm your licenses are still enabled and that your Dataverse environments are still available?  Have you tested again after a few hours?

    Based on the information you have provided, we believe that your problem is an internal server error and that it is not an issue with your browser, computer, or internet connection (of course, you can clear your browser cache and see if the problem exists, which will reduce the scope of the troubleshooting).
     
    If you are a regular user, please contact a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights administrator, if you are an administrator and are unable to resolve this issue, please contact Microsoft officials for technical support using the link below.
