eConnect rejects PO line received

When importing PO shipment receipts,eConnect will reject any line with a value of 4 for POP10110.POLNESTA. If I were to pre-parse the PO line and change POLNESTA to 3(Change Order) would eConnect then import this shipment receipt? Is it only a value of 4 that stops the import?

Hello Richard,

I would suggest you just receive the additional quantity on a new line instead of the existing one. The status of 4 means the quantities of the line have already been received.

That would mean I would have to add the line to the existing PO first and then change the PO line number. I am actually receiving by PO by line number. Let me play around with this and see if they are willing to pay for this development.
