Error when editing in Excel Online

Hi,

When trying to edit data by exporting into Excel Online, I get error code 0x80040217 when trying to save the data saying it doesn't exist or that I don't have access. I am an admin user and can't understand why it isn't working for me?

Hi Ben,

It is possible to connect to Dataverse (containing your Guides data) with Excel, although I haven't tried Excel Online. Can you tell me how you are establishing a connection to your environment? If possible, can you also try using the native apps? To connect to your environment, select Data -> Get Data -> From Online Services -> From Dynamics 365 (online).
