Hi, If you are referring to Cloud Hosted (Tier1) environment in D365FO then check the below article. You need to Click on DeAllocate button first, after de-allocation, status of the environment will change to Pending Delete. To Delete, Click on Delete button and specify environment name to confirm.
For Tier2 & Above, there is no Deallocate button. You will see Delete button for Environment in LCS, follow same steps as mentioned in the article.
