Dear Experts,
I made new security Roles, permission, duties, and privileges i select purchase orders only in Procurement and sourcing and i want to show only procurement and sourcing Module for a department but Account Payable module is shown automatically, i know there are some object are common in both module and connection in both modules but how to hide it permanently Account Payable?? Not from Navigation pane.

Since your user has access to this menu item in Accounts Payable module, they will see that module.
You can't hide the modules via security. But your users can customize the menu and hide it.

What kind of customization should be added you mean to say writing some code??.
The user can hide it in Navigation Pane Options (which can be opened by the small arrow in the bottom right of the menu / navigation pane.
Or, a developer can "hide" it from everyone by deleting it from the Menus - > MainMenu in AOT.
