Field Service Mobile – "Service Activities" Entity Not Supported Offline Despite Offline Settings

Additionally, I’m facing an issue with the Field Service Mobile app: it indicates that the "Service Activities" entity is not supported in offline mode, even though the "Can be taken offline" option is enabled in Power Apps and the entity is correctly added to the offline profile selected in the Field Service Mobile app. Does anyone have any insights or ideas that could help me understand and resolve this issue? Thanks in advance

    Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :) Hope you are well today! 
     
    Here are some suggestions & apologies if you've tried these already: 
    • "Service Activities" should be allowed to be "taken offline" but there may be dependencies that are needed to be offline as well 
      • check dependencies / entity relationships to ensure they are also included in the offline profile 
    • based on your specific configuration & set up - may be good to check Best practices and limitations for the offline profile | Microsoft Learn to see what limitations there are and if your set up is hitting these limits as well 
    • for troubleshooting, you can use the default offline profile provided by field service - it is preconfigured for common offline scenarios and may help identify whether the issue is specific to your custom profile
