Hi experts.

In D365 F&O we have this Line of business form.

Path: Finance and Operations > Sales and marketing > Setup > Statistics > Line of business.

For what purpose this Line of business form is used for?

    Thank you for your query.

    You can link vendors with Line of Business Codes (the business activities they do).

    SIC code is a standard (system) to classify industrial activities for all businesses:

    Standard Industrial Classification - Wikipedia

    We use ISIC/SIC codes to classify Business Activities (for example, Trading, Manufacturing, etc.)
