All imports view - not showing all imports

Hi

What permission controls what a user sees when they choose the all imports view?

I have a number of users with the same permissions. One sees all imports for their business unit the other see just their imports.

The users belong to the same business unit.

This seems to have changed recently

I am using Dynamcis 365 8.2 (8.2.2.1310)
