Hello,

I have some questions related to the mobile CE app for Sales. Therefore I asked in the Power community forum, but it seems like the questions are too specific. You can find the link here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Dataverse/Legally-valid-signature/m-p/1320848

I don't want to create multiple posts, but would need to get an answer to some of our questions. Especially if it is possible to create a signature canvas app inside the Dynamics365 platform. As I learned PenInput is possible but we also need to track it. (tilt, ..). Maybe it is possible to do that with a custom Javascript? I still search for a solution.

Another question is the limitation of the app. We also need our Accounts to be offline available. This means over 2 million records should be searchable based on firstname, lastname and the address.

I think the last question with the PDF can be solved by custom code or with some Power BI paginated report? But I have no idea how the mobile app behaves.

Thanks for your reply. We have already played around with Powerapps and created an App by using the PenInput. But the problem is we have special requirements where the whole signing process needs to be tracked. (pen tilt, pressure, .... )

I could not find how that would be possible with the default PenInput of the PowerApps.

EDIT: I have forgotten: The App has the requirement to run offline. What I've found out that PowerApp has a data limit for offline data. docs.microsoft.com/.../offline-apps

I think our data (account, address) would exceed that.
