Action center - activate Notifications

Hello,

Can anyone advise how to enable the action center notifications? As I am not getting the notifications in the Action center when I change the collection status.

On the user option page, enable the Send notification to Action Center

Hi,
If the message is caused by a synchronous page operation (that is, the user must wait for the result), the result will be displayed in the message bar on the current page. If the message is caused by an asynchronous (disconnected) operation (for example, a batch job), and the user can continue to perform other tasks or even navigate to another page while the operation is being processed, the message will be routed to the Action Center.Messaging system for finance and operations apps - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
You can try to create alert rules, send alert notifications via email, turn on the button mentioned by KOMI and the notification will be displayed in the action center.
