Hi all
I want to create a customer template (or more), to use it every time that I have to create a new customer.
According to this link:

I should have this option right clicking on the form and navigating to record info, but that´s not the case, at least not here:
CompanyName/Customers/Common/Customers/All Customers. As you can see in the image below:
I´m system administrator, so that´s not the problem.

Hi Antonio,
Please double click on a customer and then do a right mouse click
You should be able to see the template buttons at the bottom of the record info screen.
