How to open the GRN (Goods receipts note) form?

Hi All,

I just try to open the GRN form but, I can’t find the option to open the form.

I refer this URL: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj677816.aspx

I can’t find the “Goods receipt note” button.

    as per your reference links this feature of GRN is available with Inidian localization please check if in your environment Inidian localization is enabked or not.

    If your environment is AX 2012 then check if it has AX2012 R2 installed

    if AX 2012 R2 installed then check if you have country of the company is specified as IND

    then only you will be able to find the INDIA specific features.

    please validate and update.

    I checked the below conditions that you mentioned, still I can't solve that issue.

    1. We installed Indian localization

    2. I am using AX 2012 R2

    3. My company country is IND

    Do you have any other idea?

    Hi Hari,

    I validated further...

    Once you set the Legal entity address country as IND.. and Restart the AOS.. you will be able to see the India localization features

    To have your required feature to be visible there needs to be one more setup related to India tax

    You need to enable some check box under following path

    General Ledger > General Ledger Parameters > Sales Tax > Apply India Taxes

    One thing I have observed that the button 'Goods receipt note' is not on the 'Line' tab where as it is on the 'Overview' tab

    Please review, and let me know if this button on the line tab is same what you are looking for.

    May be you need to take service of any dynamics AX consultant who is having idea how to configure Dynamics AX 2012 R2 for India localization.

    for me, in my environment I am able to see the GRN form as per my pervious information.

    Please let me know your environment remote connection details, if you need my support.
