Hi Team,

If the user not satisfied the resolution or problem still persisting. How to reopen the case automatically.When a customer reply from closure mail.

    You can use workflows to re open case automatically

    Mark answer as verified, if it is feasible for you

    Re-open the case automatically. No need click the reactivate options
