Hi - I'm curious if there is a way to score a lead based on a phone-call. For example - the lead calls a certain number. This phone call is logged on their Lead profile under activities. The Marketing App would have a Lead Scoring Model/Rule that says to increase their score by 100.
I did not see a way to trigger the score based on an activity - so I was thinking of creating a Journey where leads who have phone-call's logged in their activity get added to a Segment and that Segment is scored. I'm running in circles thinking of how to do this.
Is it possible?
