Hi - I'm curious if there is a way to score a lead based on a phone-call. For example - the lead calls a certain number. This phone call is logged on their Lead profile under activities. The Marketing App would have a Lead Scoring Model/Rule that says to increase their score by 100.
I did not see a way to trigger the score based on an activity - so I was thinking of creating a Journey where leads who have phone-call's logged in their activity get added to a Segment and that Segment is scored. I'm running in circles thinking of how to do this.
Is it possible?

As per my understanding phone call based lead scoring is currently not supported. I suggest you to visit our Ideas portal and add this feature request. Our PMs regularly review and community votes do impact the roadmap.
