Split a Lead / Opportunity into different packages with different customers

Hi, how would I achieve the following

split an existing lead or opportunity into multiple packages
each package would have a different client customer associated with them

Could this be done using workflow or would it require Javascript / PCF control to achieve or a combination of these components? Are there any documents / examples online that you know of?

It seems that there is no concept related to 'packages' in the Dynamics 365 Sales?
