Hi there. I'm having challenges with opening the workflow editor in the VHD using either MS Edge or Internet Explorer or Google Chrome Incognito with ClickOnce extension.
It gives me the error message which says "forbidden".
I have run the "rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache" command in cmd as administrator but im still stuck on this error. Please assist me.
Hi partner,
The Workflow Editor and Report Designer for Financial reporting are started as ClickOnce applications. They require a 64-bit-compatible operating system. Only Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer (on a supported version of Microsoft Windows) support ClickOnce applications out of the box. If you're using Chrome, you must install a ClickOnce extension, such as Meta4 to use ClickOnce applications. If you use Chrome in incognito mode, make sure that the ClickOnce extension is also enabled for incognito mode.
Also please have a look at the old thread and check if it helps:

Hi Will,
I have installed the ClickOnce and Meta4 extensions but the workflow editor will not open. I have also reprovisioned another account as the administrator, restarted the vhd, restarted iis, ran the cmd command "rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache" but the wf editor still wont open. is there anything else i can try ?
