I dump our Income Statement into Excel with the transaction drill down. I have a column type "ORMSTRNM" which gives me (or is suppose to) the Original Master Name of the transaction (i.e. the Vendor or Customer). Since I installed SP11 (ver 6.7) this column is not exporting to Excel (2010). When I use the drill down viewer I can see it - but when I export it disappears. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
OK, I did some research and found what we did on this issue.
It had to do with description row format. We had to make sure that there was a "gl link" before any des row format. it even got complicated enough to where we had to make sure there were gl links with data half way down the row format becuase on sme of the tree units there wasnt any GL detail on the first section of the report.
Yes, this is still unresolved. I ended up going back to SP9 - which has problems too, but at least I was able to get the information I needed.
is this still unanswered ? I have a customer with the same issue and I think we have resolved it. I would like to see if your scenario is the same so we can clearly identify the issue. let me know if it is still unresolved and will send you the exact details of ours.
