Hello everyone,
In D365 Guides using the call feature, the collaborator on Teams can’t hear the audio of a video attached to a step neither can he hear the narration of the step (if narrative mode enabled, obviously).
Same issue was noticed using a Remote Assist call (instead of Guides).
Is it a dysfunction or a normal behaviour?
This is problematic when trying to promote the solution via one-on-one call (via Guides) or via a multi user call (via Remote Assist).
