API Available? Need to create personalized survey for each customer

We collect quite a bit of information on our marketplace users, and we would like to personalize our surveys for each user. Can D365 CV do this? I am assuming it can't and would need to do it through an API or Logic Apps connector. The Logic Apps connector does not appear to be able to do this, and I can't find any API.

Are there plans to implement an API?

Any plans to enhance the Logic Apps connector to allow creating surveys?

    Hi John,

    You should be able to generate the personalized survey invite using Power Automate (find below the documentation).

    docs.microsoft.com/.../create-survey-invite

    Hi Arjun,

    Thank you for your response. Yes, I understand I can use PA for sending survey invites.

    I am needing to create highly personalized survey's for each of our customers based on their unique purchases. Creating these survey's needs to be automated, yet the PA connector for D365 CV does not allow creating unique surveys for each customer.

    In the new world of customers wanting hyper-personalized responses from companies, having unique personalized surveys for each customer is a must have.

    I would add that using D365 Marketing in conjunction with CV allows for a significant degree of personalization.  Even more so if you also add D365 Insights which can actually drive the customer journeys (CJ's) in Marketing.

    Hi,

    I had this requirement too.  I spoke to the Customer Voice team at microsoft and the short answer is no, unfortunately. I think there are some things on the roadmap to do with making copies of existing surveys or projects via API, so that can be used to replicate a template for example, but not configure/edit individual surveys or questions.

    The options given to me by the microsoft team were to use branching logic based on personalization variables and then chain surveys.  But it still requries editing each survey in the front-end GUI.
