Hallo at all,

in Knowledge Article, I cannot insert picture per drag and drop, or copy and paste.
Its over all browser: chrome, firefox and edge chromium.

Someone out there, who can give me a tip?

Hi Alexander,

1 - In the Customer Service Hub >> Service Management (area), go to Embedded Knowledge Search >> Knolwedge Articles Inline Image.

2 - Check if the value is "Yes"
