IFD for Dynamics 365 On-Premise with ADFS 4.0 (Server 2016)

Hello,

I've been trying to set up IFD for Dynamics 365 On-Premise (8.2.3) for a few days now.

My Server-Setup:

CRM-SERVER (Server 2016): Dynamics CRM 365 8.2.3
SQL-SERVER (Server 2016): SQL 2017 Instance for Dynamics / SQL 2016 Instance for SSRS / Dynamics Reporting
ADFS-SERVER (Server 2016): AD / ADFS 4.0

My DNS-Setup:

dynamics.abc-company.eu: Internal & External A-Record to CRM-SERVER
auth.abc-company.eu: Internal & External A-Record to CRM-SERVER
adfs.abc-company.eu: Internal & External A-Record to ADFS-SERVER
abc-company.abc-company.eu: Internal & External A-Record to CRM-SERVER

My Organization Name is "abc-company" and my Domain (AD & Public) is "abc-company.eu".

I have used the following instructions:

Current situation:

Internal with Internet Explorer "dynamics.abc-company.eu" > Redirection through ADFS (no Prompt) > OK
Internal with Mozilla Firefox "dynamics.abc-company.eu" > ADFS-Prompt for Credentials > OK
Internal with Outlook Client "dynamics.abc-company.eu" > Client-Prompt for Credentials > No Login possible
Internal with Outlook App "dynamics.abc-company.eu" > Add-In Error
External with Internet Explorer "abc-company.abc-company.eu" > Redirection to ADFS Login-Page > OK
External with Mozilla Firefox "abc-company.abc-company.eu" > Redirection to 404-Page (No Prompt & No ADFS Login-Page!)
External with Chrome "abc-company.abc-company.eu" > Redirection to 404-Page (No Prompt & No ADFS Login-Page!)
External with Dynamics for Phones (Android) "abc-company.abc-company.eu" > Redirection to 404-Page (No Prompt & No ADFS Login-Page!)

It looks like form-based authentication is not working. I'm surprised, since the external access via the internet explorer from a Non-Domain-Client works.
