Sending RFQ email to vendor in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations isn't working

Hi  everyone,
I am trying to send RFQ but it is not sending any emails, from Dynamics 365 I receive a notification that RFQ is sent but no email is sent. All the email parameters are in place, i am using graph as email provider and the test email is sent and received correctly. Is something more needed for the email to be sent?

    Have you checked the System Email History?
    System Administration>Setup>email>Email History, Check Email Status & Failure Details.
