Associates cases view on account does not work

Hi,

My associated cases view on account does not work. It doesn't show any data even though there are cases against that account. When i navigate to the solution, there is no filter criteria against that view. How do i create an associated view for cases against an account? I have never done this before so any tips or documentation would be great.

    Thanks! Ravi. I think I have removed the cases grid on the Account form before. I'll have a look and let you know.

    Do you have any other Case link in the navigation like I showed in you in the above screenshot? If you have not customized/removed the account form then you already have a subgrid called Recent Cases..if not add a subgrid and see if the records are available.

    I have experienced this issue and it was always the wrong relationship.

    Also, navigate to any of the existing case and then from there click on the account, it is possible that you have multiple account record with the same name.

    Hi Ravi,

    I navigate to the account, open the account and go to the cases tile. There are cases against that account in the case module but it is not showing it on the account when i navigate to it. So i went to the solution and checked what view the associated cases was using but found no filter criteria against it?

    Hi Jay,

    It is not possible to create the associated view. You need to figure out why it is not working. Could you please tell me how are you navigating to the associated view? Is it from subgrid or you are clicking the related navigation link. Either way try to see if the subgrid or the link is correct.

    For example, in my related navigation for Account, I have 2 links "Cases" & "Partner Cases" which are linked with 2 different account lookup field on case.
