I have a new employee...I signed them up with a Dynamics 365 "Team Member" subscription, under my full CRM subscription. We use Vonage Business for our phone system and I use VonageConnect extension within Chrome to help track calls, etc. When I attempt to use my new employees credentials to sign into VonageConnect for MD, I get the following message: Vonage - MD needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you use it.
What permissions do I need to allow? When I set-up this feature with my admin account I never saw this error. Does VonageConnect not work with the add-on "Team" member MD 365, versus the full membership? Any help is appreciated.
