Hi, PO master:

I have a question for PO deploy, we want to deploy Project operation for stocked/production. but we found our system only deploy for Project Operations for resource or non-stocked scenarios. but we don't know how to deploy the third model.

I checked a lot of documents, and I have a question: is the third deployment mode simply using D365 FO?

Yes, the 3rd deployment mode is PMA module in F&O. It will not have any Dataverse components of Project Operations.

Did you find a solution to this? I am trying to setup the trial for project operations but I am having a tough time.

you can find a lot of information about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations in the Microsoft Docs, including the deployment types what is a good starting point when you decide not to implement the application with an Microsoft Partner or some expert: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/project-operations/
